Prophecy is happy to offer the following SPIFF program to Insight’s SLED sales team.
It’s simple!
When we win a deal together, not only will Insight get the resale margin, Prophecy will cover the NASPO fee, as applicable, and will send the Insight SLED Sales Representative a SPIFF gift card.
How?
To receive the Snare SPIFF, it’s simple – The sale must be closed won by December 30th, 2020.
The opportunity must be registered with us by email to mrieger@prophecyinternational.com including:
the sales representative name, email and phone # and the related Purchase Order. We will reply and confirm if your SPIFF submission has been accepted.
What’s it worth?
Once again – straight forward. The more Snare sold, the bigger the gift card.

Payment
Payment will be made by gift card.
A 1099 form will be issued to the receiver.
SPIFF’s may be gifted to nominated and approved charities.
Payment will be sent to employee once Prophecy International (PI) receives payment.
Terms and conditions:
- Contacts must be with the domain of the company.
- Application for Spiff’s are subject to validation.
- The offer is only available on initial sales – i.e. renewals not included.
- Snare Standard Terms of Service and License Agreement apply – no modifications.
- Additional restrictions may apply. The terms of this offer are inclusive with any existing partner agreement.
- All new sales must be registered through Snare.
- Incentives for multi-year subscription sales
- All sales must be sold pursuant to PI’s standard Service order and priced at the applicable standard retail pricing.
- Any New Sales that are terminated or otherwise cancelled for any reason prior to installation or within the first six (6) months of the initial Service term are subject to full chargeback and recovery.
- Individual new sales cannot be accumulated or combined to qualify for a higher tier award during any given month under this promotion.
- Payment is made on receipt of payment by PI for the sale.
- Spiffs are cancelled should full payment not be received within 90 days of the sale.
- PI reserves the right in its sole discretion to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time and/or cancel the Promotion entirely.
